Out of Bangkok area transportation will charge separate base on customer address area.

ServCare Maintenance ADHOC Services (NO SLA)
Provide Remote or On-site IT operations services and technical troubleshooting services for
Server operating systems and selected backup software
Network switches, routers, firewall and access point
Period 1-year contract
Minimuim 4 incidents per year
14 days warranty for the service rendered from closure date

Service Charge (RATE)
System/Server-based application support rate during office hour (8.30am to 5.30pm)
System/Server-based application support rate after-office hour including weekends and public holiday
The minimum charge for ADHOC support is 2 hours
–Engineer’s onsite response will greatly depend on Engineers Availability
–Premium charge will be the amount for the first 2 hours multiple by 1.5
